Beautiful farmhouse in Fernandina Beach

Great location, wonderful for dogs, cute & cozy! Positive: Very convenient to both Amelia and Fernandina! Loved that it was dog friendly and very inviting for dogs with the fenced yard. The hot tub was also a plus! Negative: It would have been nice to have a shelve in the shower to place items on. Did notice quite a bit of dog poop around the yard when we arrived. My husband actually stepping in some.

Positive: Quiet. Responsive hosts. Negative: Mattress needs replacing. Mini split filters need cleaning. Some moisture smells caused allergy response. Washer door gasket has mold on it.

Einfach fantastisch 😍 wunderschön 🤩 Positive: Das wunderschöne kleine Haus , das Ort. Und die Ruhe das wir gebraucht hätten ❤️ Negative: Nur das Herd ( Küche)meine Leidenschaft ist kochen . Und das gab keine richtige Herd wo kann man richtig kochen oder eine Kuchen backen. Ich hatte Geburtstag 🎂 gehabt und ich konnte leider nicht backen. Aber eventuell für nächste Mal gibt eine neu .

Mother and son trip Positive: I loved the property it was beautiful. The location was perfect, close to nature trails and the beach and downtown areas. My stay was very quiet and relaxing. I love this farmhouse space. Very cozy and quaint. Negative: The hot tub was a plus, unfortunately was not as clean as I had hoped. So, we didn't use it. The bath tub was nice bonus, however the facet leaked when you run the water. The candle and the soap in bathroom were both out. The shower was nice, curtain was a little dirty and water smelled a bit funny. There was not many basic utensils, we couldnt find a can opener but other than that they had most things. I would recommend cleaning the debris around the patio and maybe adding a welcome basket for guests like the photos of the propety suggest. A possible area rug in the downstairs living room or entry rug as floors are nice but collect a lot of dirt from foot traffic.
